Three welcoming vacation homes in Wildwood, New Jersey — a condo, a cottage, and a four-bedroom house, all within a few blocks of the beach and boardwalk. Sleeping 5 to 9 guests, family owned and cared for by Miranda Property Ventures LLC.
Walk to the beach. Walk to the boards. Stay a while.
Our most-loved home, and it’s easy to see why. Atlas’ Oasis is a bright, newly renovated condo with three bedrooms, two full baths, and room for seven to actually spread out — no one drawing the short straw on the pull-out. High ceilings, a big open living and dining room, and a private deck that’s perfect for coffee in the morning and a cold drink after the beach.
You’re a block and a half from the boardwalk, with the beach right on the other side — close enough that the kids can nap while you’re still hearing the tram car. Park on site and leave the car all week. Check yourself in with a keypad whenever you arrive; no waiting around for keys. Guests 25+ · please bring your own linens and towels.

There’s something about having your own front door. Sand & Sol is a cozy cottage with a private entrance, two bedrooms, a bright little living room, and a kitchen built for slow pancake mornings before everyone heads to the sand.
A queen room for the grown-ups, three twins for the kids or the crew, and Morey’s Piers an easy walk away. Bring the dog — we mean it, pets are genuinely welcome here. One honest note: this home has paid street parking out front, with free parking starting on the next block over. Guests 25+ · please bring your own linens and towels.

This is the one for the big group. Two and a half blocks to the beach, four bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, a garage and driveway that fit two cars with free street parking for anyone else, and a covered front porch with wicker seating where somebody always ends up sitting until midnight. Everyone gets their own space, and everyone still ends up in the same room by the end of the night.
Sleeps nine across a queen, a full, and five twins — so the cousins, the in-laws, and the friends who said “maybe” all fit. The kitchen is worth the trip on its own: white shaker cabinets, marble counters, a gas range, and an island big enough that cooking together actually feels like part of the vacation. Guests 25+ · please bring your own linens and towels.
